 Trustindex überprüft, ob die Originalquelle der Bewertung Google ist. Unsere Erfahrungen mit dem Hotel waren gemischt. Wir sind Ende Dezember in ein unbeheiztes Zimmer eingezogen. Es hat Stunden gedauert bis die Temperatur normal war. Den anderen Gästen, die beim Frühstück an unserem Tisch saßen ging es genauso. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, wirken aber überfordert. Wir haben das Silvesterarangement mit 4 Nächten gebucht. Die Feier war gut, das Buffet und das Frühstück waren auch gut. Alles ein bißchen teuer dafür das es nichts besonderes war. Der Zimmerservice hat nur an einem Tag geklappt, einmal noch haben wir frische Handtücher bekommen. Es ist so schade das der Service nicht so toll ist. Der Ort ist schön, es gibt einiges zu sehen, Greifswald und Usedom sind leicht zu erreichen. Es waren 2 Mitarbeiter ausgefallen, das tut mir auch leid aber als Gast ist es nicht so einladend. Schon bei der Buchung hat etwas nicht funktioniert und ich musste mich mehrfach zurückmelden bis ich den Chef am Telefon hatte. Nochmal, es ist eigentlich nett. Wenn man sich als Gast ein wenig willkommener fühlen könnte.
