For our best price guarantee to apply, the following points must all be fulfilled:

Identical Room type (e.g. double room, family room, suite).
Identical Price level / tariff (e.g. standard rate, flex rate, early booking).
Identical Arrival and departure day (same length of stay).
Screenshot of the cheaper offer including date, platform name and booking URL.
Standard of comparison: Decisive is the Publicly displayed gross final price the platform before Cash back, loyalty discount, member discounts or coupons. Third-party cash-back payments are not part of the hotel price and are not recognized as a price reduction.

Which is not used as a comparative price:

Business customer and corporate rates.
Employee or loyalty rates of closed platforms.
All-inclusive packages with other services (breakfast included, tickets etc.) if our direct rate does not include the same scope of services.
Cash-back offers and third-party bonus programs (e.g. Check24-Cash-Back, cashback apps such as Shoop, Trivago-Boost, Topcashback, iGraal): here, part of the booking price is refunded after the booking has been made - this is not an official hotel rate, but a marketing bonus from the platform.
Discount coupons, promo codes and limited-time promotional prices of the platform that are not publicly accessible to all users.
Membership rates of closed loyalty programs (e.g. Booking Genius Levels, HRS Travel Club, Expedia Rewards, Hotels.com Silver/Gold, Marriott Bonvoy, Hilton Honors).
