Location: Directly on the historic market square of Altentreptow, in the heart of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Approx. 10 minutes' walk from Altentreptow train station.

By car: A20 exit Altentreptow, then approx. 2 km in the direction of the city center/market square.

By train: Altentreptow train station - from there approx. 10 min walk to the hotel.

Late arrival after 8 pm? No problem - our self-check-in on the Mews tablet is available 24/7 (see „Online check-in“).

Altentreptow lies between Mecklenburgische Seenplatte and Mecklenburg Switzerland - Ideal for nature and active vacationers.

We will be happy to give you personal recommendations at our reception. For a comprehensive overview, we recommend the local tourist information directly on site.

Elevator available. 1 special room is wheelchair accessible (WC with grab rails, low washbasin in the bathroom).

Check-in: 15:00-20:00 Standard. We offer Self-check-in 24/7 via the Mews tablet in a separately accessible, illuminated room (signposted „Arrival“).

Online check-in in advance: You will receive an email with the link before you arrive - enter it conveniently from home. If you skip this, you can enter the data directly on the tablet on site.

Check-out: until 10:00 a.m. Standard. Late check-out until 14:00 for an extra charge of 20 € (on request and subject to availability).

Directly on the market square in Altentreptow:

• Drugstore, snack bars, pharmacy within walking distance

Bicycles: We offer Bike rental directly at the hotel - ask at reception for availability and conditions. You can safely store your own bicycles free of charge (bicycle parking available).

We offer our guests a Breakfast buffet continental and vegetarian.

Price: 15 € per person.

Times:

• Monday - Friday: 7:00 - 9:00 a.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 - 10:00 a.m.

Buffet contents: Bread, rolls, butter, cheese, cold cuts, eggs, yogurt, jam, cornflakes/muesli, coffee, tea, fruit juice.

Breakfast can be booked on arrival at reception or via the booking portal.

Four-legged friends are very welcome - we look forward to welcoming your dog.

Surcharge: 10 € per night.

Companies can have the invoice sent to them after the guest's departure.

Another advantage of direct booking: Free parking in our hotel parking lot (Tollensestraße 27, a few steps from the hotel).

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms.

However, there is a table with two chairs and an ashtray in front of each room - so you can enjoy smoking outside in comfort.

Daily cleaning of your room is included in the price - no additional costs for intermediate cleaning.

Change of towels and bed linen: once a week, by arrangement with you.
